Pre-Bidding Advisory
Once the tender is floated, we help private sector players bid for long term PPP projects and get involved at the earliest stages of project development. We review the concession agreements and identify critical concerns and risks and propose solutions to these concerns and risks. We focus on proposing fair and balanced terms to ensure sustained amicable relations between the private player and the Government player. Through our extensive and detailed financial models, we ensure that the proposed financial and economic assumptions along with commercial arrangements are conducive to implementing an optimal financing package in the context of a limited recourse financing strategy and generate the desired returns.
We also have a deep relationship with multiple technical consultants, legal advisors, insurance brokers and act as a one stop shop for the requirements for ensuring an optimum bidding strategy.
Government Advisory
Our advisory services for the infrastructure segment start right from helping government agencies conceptualize structure long term projects which elevate operational efficiencies and enable private sector participation in public service delivery. We assist with project conceptualization, viability analysis, preparation of financial models, drafting of project documents, bid process management, and engagement till the project is awarded. We also help in the preparation of Detailed Project Reports for the newly conceptualized Projects.

During the due diligence our team carries out reviews based on verification of records and meetings conducted with key persons, from the perspective of finance, taxation, accounting, and conformity to local laws. We periodically also come up with detailed sector reports to help our clients gain specific understanding of various issues in a specific sector.
