Terms Loans/ Conventional Vanilla Debt

At Plutus we help clients to avail term loans through Banks, NBFCs, DFIs for projects in infrastructure and the real estate sector to meet their capex needs for the growth of the business at competitive rates and margins.

Working Capital including Surety Bonds

We have expertise in arranging working capital facilities both fund based and non fund through PSUs and private banks at highly competitive terms.

As an alternative channel to Bank funded working capital we also tap into the insurance market to arrange Surety Bonds as a replacement for Bank Guarantees. Insurance Surety Bonds are instruments where insurance companies act as ‘Surety’ and provides the financial guarantee that the contractor will fulfill its obligation as per the agreed terms. Ministry of Finance, Government of India has made e-BG and Insurance Surety Bonds at par with Bank Guarantees for all Government procurements.

Surety Bonds are gaining acceptance across various central government authorities like MoRTH, NHAI, AAI, BSNL, GAIL, NTPC, IOCL etc for sectors like road, ropeway, Oil & Gas, Aviation and more.

Project Finance

External Commercial Borrowings (ECB)

ECBS are commercial loans widely used by eligible resident entities who raise funds from recognized non-resident entities and are governed by the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA). ECBs should adhere to criteria like minimum maturity period, maximum all-in-cost ceiling, permitted and non-permitted end-uses, etc. ECBs include commercial bank loans, buyers' credit, suppliers' credit, securitized instruments such as floating rate notes and fixed rate bonds etc., credit from official export credit agencies and commercial borrowings from the private sector window of multilateral financial Institutions. When we serve as the transaction advisor for foreign currency deals, we mitigate the interest rate risk, currency or inflation hedging strategies for the deal. Our clients rely on us to understand the risks they are taking when placing raising funds and to help them quantify and mitigate those risks.

Equity / Mergers & Acquisitions
